Why would GOD let something like that happen to the people of the city of Paradise?

Let's do the math Tulsa May 31st, 1921 vs Paradise November 19th, 2018.
Tulsa 05 +31 + 1921 all numbers added up = 22 2+2=4
Paradise 11 + 19 + 2018 all numbers added =23 2+3=5
THE BOTTOM LINE 5+4= 9
