Lets take a realistic look at the question, the first set of questions I asked myself a man classified and labeled as black, negro, colored, Afro American, African American as well as Niger is this.
Who wrote it ? What did they write, when did they write it, where did they write it, and why did they write it ?.
Well now where do I fit into this thing ? Am I a part of we the people ?
Lets see now, It was written during a time when people who look like me were being held captive, raped , beaten , burned to death, beheaded, stabbed, castrated , boiled in hot oil and water, etc etc.

So common sense tells me that I should never let the word Constitution come out of my mouth.

Now the question about where it was written is interesting, because if you invaded someone else land, murdered the natives of that land and turned around and decided you needed to write a constitution after the murders, how can it be lawful ? Is it right or wrong?.
Lets take a look at the situation,. The Constitution is not for “We the People.” As mentioned before, the

Did you know that 98% of the Law Schools in America and England do not
include Constitutional Law as a part of their law curriculum? The reason for this
phenomenon is because Constitutional Law does not apply to or affect the
enforcement of statutes, codes or administrative regulations, which have
replaced constitutional law, the common law, public law and penal law and which have been designed to control you.

People” have been eliminated.

Hummmmmmm! So if I go to court and a Judge tells me I have to pay a fine, is he asking me to give the Court property that belongs to someone else?.
We are not free men; we are slaves, and bound to our Masters by adhesion

According to the Federal Registry, USA INC now has 450 “agencies” making rules, regulations and statutes. FDR created the Federal Registry in 1935 by an Executive Order . . . during a so-called “national emergency”. These agencies represent an unelected fourth branch of the corporate government.
