He has spoken at the middle school, high school, and university level on topics such as success, leadership, attitudes, goal setting, and association. He also speaks to business owners on these topics as well. Mr. Jones has also been asked to speak at various churches on how success principles line up with the bible. He has spoken to political organizations and has been asked to speak at black history programs. Mr. Jones has been interviewed on different shows to address issues such as black empowerment, success principles, finding your motivation, men’s issues, and relationships. He has two youtube channels and runs and operates two businesses. Mjonesmotivation is a business that emphasizes finding your motivation and desire through positive channels and Mjonesenterprises is a business that operates internationally, and offers goods into the marketplace, with a large focus on health, wellness, and beauty. Mr. Jones met his wife twenty two years ago and of those, they have been married for fifteen.

• African Americans consistently outpace the total market population in overall growth, smart phone ownership, television viewing and annual shopping trips according to the new study, “Resilient, Receptive and Relevant: The African-American Consumer 2013 Report,” a collaborative effort by the Nielsen Company in New York and the National Newspaper Publishers Association (NNPA), located in Northwest Washington, D.C.
• Black buying power continues to increase, rising from its current $1 trillion level to a forecasted $1.3 trillion by 2017.
• Despite the strong economic outlook, blacks continue to spend most of their money outside of the African-American community and, according to Nielsen and NNPA, advertisers have repeatedly slighted the black media, spending only three percent, or $2.24 billion, of the $75 billion spent with all media last year.
• Each year, African Americans spend more than $47 billion on Lincoln automobiles, $3.7 billion on alcohol, $2.5 billion on Toyotas, $2 billion on athletic shoes, and $600 million each year on McDonald’s and other fast foods, according to Target Market News Inc., a Chicago-based marketing research group.
• Blacks also spend wildly to keep up their appearances. The black hair care and cosmetics industry counts as a $9 billion a year business, but while African Americans are spending the most, they are profiting the least, said officials from the Black Owned Beauty Supply Association (BOBSA) in Palo Alto, Calif. Beauty product lines designed for African Americans were once 100 percent owned and operated by blacks, today other ethnic groups control more than 70 percent of the market.
• The current homeownership rate reveals that 73.5 percent of whites own homes while approximately 43.9 percent of African Americans are homeowners, according to the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies State of the Nation report for 2013.
• Sixty percent of African Americans have less than $50,000 saved in company retirement plans and only 23 percent have more than $100,000.

A Black Latina born in Spanish Harlem and raised in the greater New York metropolitan area, she is a community activist, health care professional, and a hip hop era television host and producer. Award winning producer and director for her local cable show We’re On The Move. Soraya Soi Free has re-committed herself in continuing to challenge the public with thought provoking content her latest work, For The Love of God - A Short Film.
SorayaSoi Free is a woman who is the embodiment of the diversity that makes New York a truly cosmopolitan and multicultural city. Her early childhood experiences as Black Latina of Dominican ancestry have helped shape a perspective that is truly representative of the gorgeous mosaic that now represents New York City and provides hope for what a truly diverse America can and should be.
SorayaSoi Free also recognizes the importance of hip hop as a conduit of the 21st century culture. Since 2003, she has interviewed many cutting edge artists in the genre, as well as those who have now gained broad recognition, including Eric Sermon, Pete Rock Afrika Bambada and Talib Kweli.
As a community activist, SorayaSoi Free has been an advocate for Black and Latino children, in particular girls. In the process, she has also sought to raise awareness of heroines of color like Lolita Lebron, Rigoberta Menchu, Sojourner Truth, and Harriet Tubman through her advocacy and activism.
A self-taught videographer and trained in video production at BronxNet, SorayaSoi Free has produced We’re on the Move since September 2010. The program now airs on local cable stations in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.
SorayaSoi Free has a bachelor’s degree in nursing and is currently pursuing two master’s degrees at Hunter College of the City University of New York, one in nursing administration and the other in public administration. She hopes to pursue a doctorate in urban studies once she has completed her master’s level work.
A veritable reservoir of energy, Soraya Soi Free gets her strength from her late mother, who was reared in the Dominican Republic and came to this country some years after the 1965 US government intervention. Through her mother, she learned to overcome adversity and recognize the common threads that are interwoven throughout humanity.

Soraya Soi Free is a woman of many talents. A Black Latina born in Spanish Harlem and raised in the greater New York metropolitan area, she is a community activist, health care professional, and a hip hop era television host and producer. Award winning producer and director for her local cable show We’re On The Move. Soraya Soi Free has re-committed herself in continuing to challenge the public with thought provoking content her latest work, For The Love of God - A Short Film.
SorayaSoi Free is a woman who is the embodiment of the diversity that makes New York a truly cosmopolitan and multicultural city. Her early childhood experiences as Black Latina of Dominican ancestry have helped shape a perspective that is truly representative of the gorgeous mosaic that now represents New York City and provides hope for what a truly diverse America can and should be.
SorayaSoi Free also recognizes the importance of hip hop as a conduit of the 21st century culture. Since 2003, she has interviewed many cutting edge artists in the genre, as well as those who have now gained broad recognition, including Eric Sermon, Pete Rock Afrika Bambada and Talib Kweli.

FB friends and Family, I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Ken Sagoes. Ken Sagoes is an American actor who has starred in films and in television. He is best known for his role in the 1987 horror classic A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors as Roland Kincaid and reprised his role in the 1988 hit sequel A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master.
Sagoes' portrayed Darryl in the 1980s TV series What's Happening Now!! from 1987-1988. He has made guest appearances on shows such as The Twilight Zone, Night Court, My So-Called Life, Martin, The Parkers, The Division, and The District.
Ken is presently working on a very special project called The Secret Weapon. The Secret Weapon" is a short film about a group of bright teenagers who defy both their parents and the status quo, to help forever change the segregated atmosphere of the 1960's; which gave power back to the Civil Rights Movement. It is a story that needs to be told and very few of us know anything about it. In 2012, a young African girl was kidnapped and brought to the UK for the sole purpose of harvesting her organs. She was one of the lucky ones—rescued before she went under the knife. Authorities feel this is just the tip of the iceberg.
This isn't just an international occurrence. Kendrick Johnson, a Georgia teen, died at school January 2013. The local sheriff quickly determined the death was a freak accident that he suffocated after getting stuck in a rolled up mat in the school gym. Johnson's parents however, could not—would not—accept that. Six months after his death, they obtained a court order to have the body exhumed for an independent autopsy. The pathologist was stunned when he found the corpse stuffed with newspaper. The brain, heart, lungs and liver were missing. He also discovered Johnson's death was due to blunt force trauma to the right side of his neck. The FBI is now involved in this disturbing case with potentially shattering reverberations
